We are a significant Polish company on the frozen peeled garlic market. We are currently looking for contractors from countries such as France, Belgium and the UK. We have experience in sea shipments of peeled and frozen Garlic to USA.

 

Garlic has been with us all for a very long time. It is used from pharmacology to the plant protection products.

What is garlic roughly everyone knows. The head and the cloves in it. However, with the desire to process on large-scale, many secrets of this aromatic vegetable open up.

Raw material:

After many years of searching, we are now working with one garlic supplier

from Spain. We don’t use  Chinese or Egyptian garlic or even due to the lack of appropriate tests and certificates for Polish garlic in our manufactory. 

We use the Morado variety in 80%. It is the strongest Spanish garlic by any means

differs from the Polish Harnas, even in the colour and shape of a clove. It has a lot of oils, which makes it difficult to work on it, but gives the customer satisfaction with a very large product

power, attractive appearance and great storage. This variety starts the growing season very late, so in May you can buy garlic without protruding sprout. This is the most expensive variety in Spain.

Peeling:

It is quite a complicated process and it has to be done right without detriment to the raw material. It depends on the method of peeling, season, variety, calibre and of course, the product class expected by the contractor.

These requirements determine how and when to dry, clove, peel and sort.

Our company decided to use the pneumatic peeling method. It is balanced the decision between the durability of the cloves after peeling and their quality. Water peeling is gentler, but much less efficient, and water during peeling carries bacteria, fungi and mildew, shortening the TPS.

 

After air peeling, the garlic is dry, clean and after cooling it is ready for packaging with an indication of the need to wash before use.

We are one of the few who use a vane compressor. That allows us to achieve the right air quality

for this process recommended by IFS and BRC standards.

We offer garlic: salted in brine, freshly peeled, frozen, shredded in flakes and dried, garlic paste and even shell pellets as an animal supplement.

Do you know that?

This garlic is prepared to flow in a container for 3-4 months then lie with the importer for another 2 months. It gets IRRADIATED with ionizing radiation and is de facto „killed” along with 80% of the vitamins and compounds we want when we eat garlic. Despite such a legal obligation

European and Polish law, this garlic is not marked with the radioactivity logo

would he buy such a product then?  There is a lot in the Internet about the effects of consuming such food … everybody knows about it and does nothing.

No, it is a matter of variety. They are available in Spanish and Polish garlic of varieties with white husk.

Step one, smell it. A musty or spoiled smell will disqualify the product. 3 months in a closed container at sea do the thing…

Step two, cut the head across. You will see at what stage of vegetation the garlic is.

You will see the seed of the sprout in the cloves. That’s good. It means that it is a healthy head and it has a strength to grow.

Unfortunately yes. This is often by mutual consent of the parties. It’s a question of price. You should remember that the certificates from the middle countries are, to say the least, questionable.

It is not known really under what conditions the garlic grew, how it was peeled and by whom

etc . It’s a great unknown. In case of problems with such a raw material as poisoning with heavy metals, pesticides and irradiated products you stay alone with it, or rather you and the prosecutor … It’s not worth it. The price difference is slight.
